Abs Plus

A great total abdominal workout followed by muscle conditioning for the lower body!

Aquasize

An exercise class done in the water using weights, kick-boards, and water noodles. Aquasize is a therapeutic, muscle strengthening and cardiovascular workout.

Ashtanga Yoga

A power workout that emphasizes breath and movement. This type of yoga is very physical so be ready to sweat! Fitness level intermediate/advanced.

Body Sculpting

Muscle toning and definition to music consisting of high reps and low weights using body bars, hand weights and elastic bands.

Cycle Circuit

Incorporates the cardiovascular benefits of indoor cycling and resistance training. It is a total body workout that alternates from the bike to the floor for upper and lower body conditioning. This is a high energy, quick paced, blast of a class!


Intermediate Ashtanga Yoga

This class covers the Modified Primary Series in Ashtanga. It is recommended to first gain understanding of Yoga with a Basics Hatha class to explore what type of yoga is right for you. This is a more athletic choice of Yoga. Fitness level beginner/intermediate.

Pilates

This class will increase the flexibility of your muscles, improve the range of motion in your joints, and strengthen and tone the entire body. Pilates is known for promoting a longer and leaner look.

Spin

A high intensity, non-impact workout on the stationary bike. Cardiovascular benefits, high calorie burning, and for all levels.

Step

Great choreography using both hi/lo and bench techniques easy to follow cues.

Yoga

Uses of the ancient art of combining posture, breathing, and meditation. Used to improve flexibility, relaxation, and overall quality of life.

Kids Modern/Jazz Dance
A fun and energetic class for kids ages 6-8 incorporating a dance warmup, stretches, jumps, turns and kicks and ending with a dance combination to age appropriate music.

Kids Yoga
A class introducing children ages 6-12 to Yoga elements with a fun approach.  Includes warm ups, breathing and relaxation techniques, standing and balance poses, forward and back bends, basic inversions and lots of stretching.
